Originally from Thailand, Monthira brought with her a deep love for cooking passed down from generations. With roots in Colona and a dedication to traditional Thai recipes, she combines fresh, bold ingredients with a warm, personal touch. From classic stir-fries and curries to crispy egg rolls and our famous bubble tea, every dish is made with care and served with a smile.
Our story began in a food truck in Port Byron, where we quickly gained a loyal following. Thanks to the incredible support of our customers, Thai Town Café has now grown into two welcoming locations:
